A. Kassi Rigney
A. Kassi Rigney is a founding Partner at Rigney Law LLC. Prior to founding Rigney Law LLC, Kassi was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Marion County for nearly 12 years, prosecuting cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to manufacturing methamphetamine. Kassi’s primary focus was drug offenses, practicing in the Major Felony Drug Courts for 8 years. During this time, she trained both attorneys and police department personnel on the handling of drug crime cases and investigations, including the writing and lawful execution of narcotics and firearm-targeted search warrants. Kassi ended her tenure as a prosecutor handling civil asset forfeiture cases.
Kassi is almost exclusively a criminal defense attorney. She represents people charged with or convicted of crimes. Kassi also provides attorney representation to people who appear before the Indiana Parole Board and helps with Driver License Rehabilitation and Expungement cases.
